Preliminary Site Appraisal
It is always best to identify any potential archaeological and heritage issues at the earliest opportunity. Such issues can be with the setting of a designated heritage asset or archaeological remains that could prove costly to remove or present a constraint on development. We are always happy to provide an initial appraisal, whether that be a fairly informal ‘heads up’ or a more detailed document for a formal pre-app with the LPA.
